CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please do so to avoid a 50% fee of your scheduled service price or it will be charged to the card that is provided when making your appointment. No shows will be and same day cancellation will be charged 100% fee to the card on file.

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. 

REFILLS

We do not perform outside fill services on work that was not done at KVM Lashes. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons.
